We have received your letter and would like to respond as follows:
Firstly, currently, no one in mainland China is qualified to transmit the "Great Liberation Seal" of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche.
Secondly, if anyone wishes to study the "Great Liberation Seal" of Rinpoche, there are only two ways: firstly, to study the simplified version as announced in Announcement No. 14 by the Office of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche; secondly, to study the complete "Great Liberation Seal" at the Holy Site Temple of the World Buddhist Headquarters. Apart from these two options, anyone claiming to transmit the "Great Liberation Seal" is a fraudulent and evil teacher! Fabricating mantras is an even greater sin and will lead to hell.
Thirdly, the Buddha taught us, "Those who follow the evil path cannot see the Tathagata." Anyone who claims to transmit the "Great Liberation Seal," or anyone who has received their so-called "transmission," must immediately repent and never commit such actions again. Otherwise, they will undoubtedly be burdened with negative karma and fall into the realms of evil.
Lastly, please do your best to inform those who have been deceived, so that they may repent and reform, thereby alleviating your own negative karma.
