On the evening of March 29, 2022, the Dharma bodies of the Third Dharma King Dorje Chang and the Queen Mother of Jade Flower Longevity Buddha are still enshrined in the Grand Hall of the Holy Relics Temple. All Buddhist disciples are following the regulations of the Holy Relics Temple, sincerely reciting prayers and praying for the great Buddha and the Buddha Mother to return to the human realm. However, Cai Zhenmei (Dharma name: Gazuonang Cui) and Yang Huijun (Dharma name: Rangqiong Nuosang) did not comply with the regulations of the Holy Relics Temple during the Buddhist event, and did not obey the management arrangements of the staff. They shouted in the hall and physically assaulted the monastic monks. They disregarded the solemn Buddhist event, completely disregarded the dignity of those who cultivate Buddhism, and engaged in extreme acts of deviating from the correct path.
Considering that the behavior of Cai Zhenmei and Yang Huijun, shouting in the hall and physically assaulting others, has caused extremely negative effects among Buddhist disciples. Their words and actions have seriously deviated from the teachings of the Buddha and have lost the basic moral and practice principles that Buddhists must possess. At the same time, after review by the Headquarters' Holy Virtue Committee, they have seriously deviated from the path. Therefore, the World Buddhist Headquarters has made the decision to revoke the status of Cai Zhenmei and Yang Huijun as Rinpoche, and remove all their blue and black level ranks. From this day forward, these two individuals are strictly prohibited from entering the Holy Relics Temple. If they publicly repent sincerely and reapply, the Headquarters will carefully review their words and actions and decide their status and rank after an examination.
At the same time, in order to pray for the return of the Qiang Buddha and the Buddha Mother to the human realm, a solemn chanting ceremony will be held at the Holy Relics Temple. Those who have received great blessings from the Buddha in the past years should participate in the ceremony and sincerely pray. However, a few individuals not only seriously violated the precepts, but also lost the most basic ethical and devout hearts. They clearly live in Los Angeles, but intentionally deceive and engage in pyramid schemes for their own personal gain, betraying the grace they have received and not participating in the chanting ceremony. There are also those who pretend to have contracted COVID-19 in order to avoid coming to the Holy Relics Temple for chanting. Furthermore, there are even individuals who falsely claim to be ill or have family matters, and have not set foot in the Holy Relics Temple for dozens of days, showing no respect or reverence. These acts of disloyalty and impiety are extremely despicable, angering both heaven and humanity, and are shameful to all. It is hoped that those who have committed such evil deeds can deeply repent, cleanse their hearts, turn away from the wrong path, and reform themselves. The Headquarters will make a decision based on their specific circumstances at that time.
