Announcement from the World Buddhist Headquarters Announcement No. 20200104 Origin of the "Golden Bottle Drawing Lots"

The "Golden Bottle Drawing" of the ultimate truth must strictly adhere to a complete set of 21 regulatory procedures. Any violation of the procedures or omission of a single step renders it not a true "Golden Bottle Drawing." Moreover, the "Golden Bottle Drawing" must be conducted publicly by a large number of people, whether hundreds or thousands of participants, who must draw numbered paper slips to select twelve individuals to create the drawing in front of everyone. Throughout the drawing process, the host (the drawer) cannot participate or observe. Only after the drawing is completed can the host publicly draw lots. The drawing process can only commence at the sixteenth step of the regulatory procedures. All 21 steps must be completed publicly under the supervision of the masses.

Why hold the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing"?

In the Buddhist community, during this current degenerate age, whether it be kings, living Buddhas, masters, or lay practitioners, they may verbally discuss teachings and theories, presenting a comprehensive set of doctrines. However, when it comes to their final moments, very few achieve liberation, and among tens of thousands of Buddhists, it is rare to find even one or two who can freely come and go in life and death. There is a famous saying, "Many monks and practitioners are found at the gates of hell," which many have likely heard. Yet, many Buddhists continue to blindly believe in so-called Buddhist figures, thinking they are learning from saints, unaware that they are trapped within the historical legacy of ordinary beings. In fact, many of the so-called great figures in Buddhism, including leaders of world sects, are infiltrators posing as ancestors within the monastic community. What has caused this tragic situation? What has led to such results?

The reason is: Buddhist historical records state that when Shakyamuni Buddha attained Nirvana, celestial beings and non-human entities came to bid farewell, and Mara, the king of demons, was also present. He asked the Buddha: "After your Nirvana, if my demon offspring enter your monastic community and take vows to learn your teachings, will you reject them?"

The Buddha replied: "I will not reject them."

Upon hearing this, Mara was very pleased and laughed heartily, saying: "When you were in the world, I could not defeat you, but once you attain Nirvana, I will finally be able to win! In the degenerate age, I will have my disciples infiltrate your monastic community, wear your robes, and destroy your Dharma. They will distort your scriptures and violate your precepts to achieve what I cannot accomplish through force today..."

After listening to Mara's words, the Buddha remained silent for a long time, and two lines of tears slowly flowed down his face. Seeing this, Mara and his offspring laughed joyfully and departed. After the Buddha's Nirvana, the mindset and actions of the demon offspring indeed became difficult to control. Therefore, after the Buddha's passing, a large number of demon offspring emerged, becoming some well-known figures in Buddhism, misinterpreting scriptures, and even openly opposing the teachings, precepts, and Dharma of Shakyamuni Buddha, deviating from the path, altering the Dharma, and fabricating mantras. For example, many Buddhists know or have heard of the "Shurangama Sutra" and the "Shurangama Mantra," and many recite them devoutly every day, only to accumulate negative karma, failing to achieve liberation at the end of their lives, and instead falling into the three evil paths, because they have not learned the true "Shurangama Mantra" spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha, but rather the false "Shurangama Mantra" altered by the demon offspring. In fact, Shakyamuni Buddha spoke of fifty kinds of demonic entities and mentioned the "Shurangama Mantra," but the mantra he spoke of is singular, with no second version. However, in the world today, there are over a hundred different versions of the "Shurangama Mantra" appearing in temples and Buddhist associations, each claiming their version is correct. The East Temple claims theirs is the most correct, while the West Temple claims the East Temple's is incorrect, and only theirs is correct. The South Temple and North Temple do not acknowledge each other's correctness, believing only in their own, resulting in empty boasts about how they can subdue celestial demons.

In truth, the real Dharma and true Shurangama Mantra are not determined by anyone's verbal claims, but must be assessed by actual demonstrations of power. One must see whether the teacher who transmits the teachings has achieved the holy body and holy power. For instance, does the mantra or method you practice transform your body into a holy one? A holy body is not simply declared holy by someone; it must possess a quality distinct from that of ordinary beings, not composed of the flesh of ordinary people, but must be of holy substance. If it is of holy substance, it must possess holy power, with a quality and strength that surpasses that of ordinary people, a weight that ordinary beings cannot lift. If you claim to be a saint, may I ask: how many levels have you surpassed in "lifting the pestle"? Have you reached the level of a saint? The physical composition of a beginner saint differs from that of an intermediate saint and a great saint, with specific standards for surpassing weight. In simple terms, the standard for world-class strongmen is to surpass ten levels; a beginner saint must exceed the standard of a world-class strongman, surpassing twelve to nineteen levels. An intermediate saint must surpass twenty to twenty-five levels, while a great saint must surpass twenty-six to twenty-nine levels. A Mahasattva or Vajra King must reach over thirty levels; otherwise, their physical composition does not match that of a Mahasattva. Some may say: "I am a reincarnated female Mahasattva; 'lifting the pestle' has nothing to do with me." Yes, you are correct; women do not perform the "lifting the pestle" assessment, but you should practice the related scriptures and mantras that choose the Buddha or Bodhisattva as your main deity, and do not forget that, first and foremost, you must have the ability to manifest and reveal the hidden treasures! Perhaps some of you may question: How can your world Buddhist headquarters claim to possess holy substance and holy power? We now inform the questioners that our headquarters can provide several examples. For instance, the disciple Wang Zha of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has cultivated a body and power of Vajra quality, and among the world's strongmen and extraordinary individuals, no one has broken his record at the same level from ancient times to the present. The initial "Teaching Master" disciple of Dorje Chang Buddha, who is nearly 90 years old, is also unmatched in holy substance and holy power among his peers, including the 350-pound, 36-year-old Asian strongman, who cannot lift the pestle that the initial "Teaching Master" can lift. Among the disciples of Dorje Chang Buddha, there are others who have also achieved holy substance and holy power, but we will not list them all. As for the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha himself, he has surpassed fifty-nine levels in "lifting the pestle," a feat unmatched in history, with a reward of 20 million US dollars, and to this day, no world-class strongman has been able to take it! The Shurangama Sutra and the mantra you recite are as light as a piece of paper; under the mantra, it will automatically fly and suppress those possessed by demons, preventing them from leaving a three-foot-wide circle, immediately eliminating their evil obstacles. If you cannot achieve this, then at least a single recitation of the Shurangama Mantra should be able to reduce the porcelain plates used by evil teachers and demons to fragments. If the Shurangama Sutra and mantra you practice cannot even reach this level of power, it indicates that what you are practicing is a false Shurangama Sutra and mantra. In fact, the true power of the Shurangama Mantra, while inferior to the Vajra Seal of the great powerful king Buddha, can still subdue celestial demons. This Vajra Seal, in the examination of practitioners' holy and ordinary realms, has already been experienced by the Buddhist disciples who have entered the examination. The Vajra Seal used by Wang Zha is a small formation, weighing only three pounds, flying back and forth with immense power, making it difficult for those possessed by demons to move an inch, forcing them to repent and change their ways. This is the true reality of the Buddha's teachings passed down from Shakyamuni Buddha, completely devoid of empty theoretical discussions! Any so-called Dharma that does not demonstrate real power is merely the altered teachings of the demon offspring.

The Shurangama Sutra and mantra are currently facing the misfortune of being mixed with falsehoods, continuously altered by the demon offspring. There are now over a hundred different versions in the world that differ from the ones spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha himself. This is indeed a farce of demons, with blatant false Dharma spreading and deceiving a large number of practitioners. The evil absurdity of the demon offspring has led too many thoughtless and foolish individuals to fall victim, which is truly tragic! Just yesterday, a teaching master brought back thirty-eight different versions of the "Shurangama Mantra" and also presented three different versions of the "Indomitable Vajra Ritual," with significant differences in language, phrasing, and structure. The "Shurangama Mantra" ranges from over a hundred lines to five or six hundred lines. Buddhist practitioners, can you dare to say which one is correct? Let me tell you: among the thirty-eight, you must acknowledge that at least thirty-seven are altered by the demon offspring, creating a mixed bag of false Shurangama Sutras and mantras, right? Reciting the false Shurangama Mantra mixed with evil should not lead to falling into the three evil paths, should it? Can you deny it? Perhaps all thirty-eight are mixed versions of the Shurangama Mantra! It is possible that your so-called sect masters, upon hearing our evaluation, will be extremely angry and curse us as demons. We will not hold it against them; we only wish to ask them one question: based on the thirty-eight contradictory versions of the "Shurangama Mantra," do you dare to say that these thirty-eight are the "Shurangama Mantra" spoken by the Buddha? This undoubtedly indicates that the demon offspring have altered the Buddha's scriptures and mantras. May I ask this angry and furious ordinary person posing as a saintly master, if you have transmitted the altered, mixed teachings of demons to your disciples, can you and your disciples achieve liberation, or will you inevitably create karma and fall into the three evil paths?

Now, why is it so difficult for practitioners to achieve success? Everyone should understand by now, right? Because many writings, legal texts, rituals, and mantras in the Buddhist community, like the Shurangama Sutra and mantra, contain both right and wrong. On the surface, they appear to be orthodox Buddhism, but in reality, their true meanings have been altered, confused, and destroyed by demons, mixing right and wrong, and are no longer the ultimate truth (not true Buddhist teachings). Due to the lack of discernment among ordinary Buddhists, they learn the false teachings fabricated by ordinary beings and the evil laws altered by demon offspring, and some even foolishly sit in the "Zen as food" trap established by evil teachers, deceiving themselves: for the first three days, they only drink water, and from the fourth day, they start eating small amounts of fruit and peanuts. Unable to bear the hunger, their desire for food surges uncontrollably, leading to anxiety. Is this the attainment of the way through "Zen as food"? After a few days or ten to twenty days of confinement, their internal organs have been damaged, serious health issues arise, their complexion turns pale, their bodies become weak, and they suffer extreme exhaustion, ruining their mental and physical health, yet they still believe they are practicing Buddhism and achieving enlightenment through Zen. This is truly foolish and pitiable! "Zen as food" is something only those with profound meditative skills can achieve. The true "seven days of fasting" refers to not consuming water or rice for seven, fourteen, twenty-one, or twenty-eight days, without even needing to leave the seat to use the restroom. This requires skill, not the exhaustion and destruction of the body that ordinary beings or outsiders experience. They clearly belong to a group of ordinary beings, yet they engage in the so-called "Zen as food," while in reality, they still need to eat fruits and drink water to deceive the world and fool the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. They practice methods that contradict the Buddha's teachings, harm others, and tarnish the Buddha's path, accumulating negative karma and facing the consequences of their actions. This is the main reason why there are many practitioners but very few who achieve liberation. Because the Buddhism they learn has become a perverse evil practice, what they have learned appears to be the orthodox scriptures and practices, but in reality, they have been altered by the demon offspring within the monastic community. Furthermore, some sect leaders, under the guise of Shakyamuni Buddha, have established their own sects that do not conform to the teachings, passing them down through generations, which are not the authentic teachings of Buddhism. They spread heretical views and execute the distorted principles of Mara, having strayed far from the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha and the true path to liberation. For instance, in some temple recitations, evil has already infiltrated the true Dharma, which is quite frightening. Just a single "salutation to the founding masters of this temple" plants the seeds of evil, as among the founding masters, there are indeed mixed individuals of both right and wrong. Therefore, when Buddhist disciples pay their respects, they may inadvertently pay homage to some of the demon offspring manifesting as old monks. This lack of discernment in worship can lead to forming karmic ties with demons, preventing them from achieving holy substance, holy power, and liberation, and instead suffering the pains of the three evil paths. Because throughout history, not every founding master has been a saint, and this is an absolute fact. Another phrase, "salutation to the abbot," raises the question: can you guarantee that the abbot you are saluting has not violated the Buddhist scriptures or betrayed the teachings? Can you guarantee that he is not fulfilling the evil will of Mara? Consider that if there were no demon offspring among the founding masters, and no evil among the old monks, then the morning and evening recitations would not have been altered and mixed with demonic heresies throughout history! If you pay respects to those old monks who are reincarnated demons, what kind of cause are you planting—one of achievement or becoming another member of "many monks and practitioners at the gates of hell"? The current state of the Buddhist community, filled with heretical teachings and empty theories, has led to a large number of foolish practitioners who, at the time of death, are unable to achieve liberation and instead fall into the three evil paths alongside some outwardly great kings, living Buddhas, and great masters, who are actually the reincarnated evil teachers and demons of Mara! Thus, "many monks and practitioners are found at the gates of hell"!!!

So, how can we identify those demon offspring and evil beings who have infiltrated the monastic community and society? It is very easy to recognize them; just pay attention, and you can easily discern the true from the false. Their most significant characteristic is that they often have great reputations and high statuses, yet lack actual spiritual attainment. They are ordinary beings with weak constitutions, and their only ability is to wave the banner of transmission, quoting scriptures and recitations, extracting phrases, and speaking empty, ineffective Buddhist teachings to deceive the public for offerings. One must understand that how can the Buddhas allow demons to run rampant and harm sentient beings, causing them to lack discernment? However, the Buddha ultimately allowed the demon offspring to enter the monastic community, wear robes, and don ancestral garments, which is why the Buddha shed tears. Given the inability to stop the demon offspring from destroying the true Dharma and harming sentient beings, the Buddhas could only seal them. Although they have infiltrated the monastic community and society, unfortunately, under the seal of the Buddha's power, the demons do not possess true spiritual qualities, nor do they attain the five types of wisdom. Although the cunning demons often wave their banners and claim to possess the five types of wisdom, this is merely a facade to deceive the uninformed. If one compares the facts, they possess none of the wisdom, all are false, and they are merely ordinary skills, not even reaching the level of expertise. Their essence does not touch the boundaries of the five types of wisdom, and they do not reach the level of worldly experts. Especially the second essential aspect of discernment is the most crucial! It is vital to observe the essence of the demon offspring; due to cause and effect, their physical and mental states lack any holy substance. Although they may verbally speak of empty transmissions of great teachings, in reality, all are false Buddhist teachings, incapable of generating true spiritual power, and do not demonstrate any spiritual power. Therefore, one can easily see that the bodies of these evil teachers remain in the realm of ordinary beings. Although the demon offspring have already infiltrated the monastic community, transforming into so-called masters, great kings, living Buddhas, and founding ancestors, under the seal of the Buddhas, they ultimately possess only hollow false identities, lacking the wisdom and holy qualities to manifest, and only develop evil mentalities. They speak of empty, altered Buddhist teachings, spreading superficial texts that appear to be Buddhism but are actually heretical. Their most obvious characteristic as ordinary beings is that they cannot present any holy qualities! It is essential to understand an ironclad principle: any accomplished saint must possess holy qualities in both spirit and body. However, upon a glance, some individuals sitting in holy positions have bodies that are of ordinary, weak constitution, devoid of any holy substance, and lacking any manifestation of holy power, identical to your own physical condition! It is crucial for Buddhist practitioners to discern this; as long as they pay attention to the above characteristics, regardless of whether the individual holds a world-class status or is a founding master, they can immediately distinguish their essence, whether they are a true saint or a demon, or whether they mistakenly identified an ordinary being as a saint in their early selection.

For identifying high-status, well-known Buddhist figures, whether they are right or wrong, ordinary or holy, it is quite easy. Just ask them to preside over a virtue-drawing (the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing"), and the truth will be revealed. If they cannot feel the twelve drawn slips of virtue themselves, at the very least, they should be able to preside over the drawing of the six slips of a great saint, right? If they use six slips to draw the scriptures of the Bodhisattvas below the eighth ground or the offerings to local deities, can they still be considered a true master of transmission? Because the virtue-drawing involves the Buddha and the equal enlightened Bodhisattvas, it must be summoned by the virtue of the great saint. If they do not possess the physical and mental qualities of a great saint (Mahasattva), they will not be able to summon the Buddha and great Bodhisattvas to come to the main hall and recognize the drawing; thus, they cannot achieve the virtue-drawing of twelve slips. This is the false great saint who cannot achieve true results, while the true great saint cannot be false!!!

For an ordinary saint or monk, if the teacher is male, it is best to see if he has attained the "two actual holy bodies" among the "five types of qualities," reaching a holy substance and holy power that far exceed that of ordinary beings, just like the initial "Teaching Master" who surpassed twenty levels in "lifting the pestle," having already stepped into the threshold of intermediate holy virtue. If he can surpass thirty levels, he is a great saint (Mahasattva). Ordinary beings and demon offspring completely lack the qualities of a holy body. Even world-class strongmen can only surpass ten levels in "lifting the pestle," so they do not possess extraordinary holy power. By using "lifting the pestle," one can easily discern whether a person is holy or ordinary. However, a serious problem arises when it comes to discerning the truth of high-ranking, knowledgeable monks and great virtues, as they have not yet entered the realm of holy virtue. Even if they are at the initial stage of holy virtue as Arhats, if they have not attained great or supreme holy virtue, they also cannot perform the twelve or even ten slips to choose the Buddha or Bodhisattva as their main deity. However, often these knowledgeable monks and great virtues are important benefactors for the benefit of beings, and they are the teachers that sentient beings rely on for learning. Therefore, they should not be mixed up with demons. Thus, when discerning, one cannot use the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" to assess them; instead, one must look at whether the teachings they transmit are of ultimate truth or worldly nature, and examine their transmission lineage to see if it is from holy, great holy, or supreme holy virtues. It is especially important to clarify whether the supreme holy virtue is merely a title or truly possesses the qualities of supreme holy virtue. This requires careful and detailed understanding to verify the truth. Some mistakenly believe: "My teacher is just an ordinary monk; I don't want to learn from him anymore. I want to find a great saint to be my teacher, someone like Jigong or Hanshan." This is a mistake; Hanshan and Shide never took disciples in their lives, and only one Arhat like Jigong emerged during the entire Song Dynasty, who attained holy virtue at the age of 83. Is that someone you can just find? In fact, as long as they are truly high monks and great virtues, transmitting the ultimate truth of practice, Buddhist disciples are very fortunate, and by following the Buddha's teachings, they can achieve success!

Additionally, pay special attention to the following principles!!! Any scripture, ritual, mantra, etc., that has not undergone ultimate truth discernment, such as through the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," or has not been determined through the methods of the Dharma Gate, or has not been decisively assessed by one of the five supreme Buddhist texts, cannot be confirmed as the ultimate truth (the true Dharma spoken by Shakyamuni Buddha, recognized and confirmed by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions)!

Therefore, sentient beings learning Buddhism must learn the ultimate truth Dharma that aligns with the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha (the unaltered true Dharma) to completely avoid learning false Buddhist teachings from those who outwardly appear to be great masters, great kings, or founding ancestors, but are actually evil teachers and ordinary deceivers, leading to the creation of karma and tragic deaths, making the three evil paths their home.

The function of the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing": it is used to determine the nature of the ultimate truth rituals, to discern whether the teachings and discussions are of ultimate truth or evil nature, or worldly nature, and whether they have been altered by the demon offspring into a mix of right and wrong, as well as to determine the right and wrong of matters, the authenticity of reincarnated living Buddhas, or the truth of certain words and actions, etc. The ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" is entirely different from the worldly "Golden Bottle Drawing." The ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" is the highest and supreme holy law among all oracles, divinations, and lots, on par with the five major supreme laws of the Buddhist system. The most crucial aspect is that it is detached from magical powers, relying on virtue to summon, making it even more challenging to succeed than the five major supreme laws. Therefore, the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" must be conducted by a true reincarnated being of great Mahasattva level, who can summon the holy presence through their virtue to achieve success. Any great saint below the level of Mahasattva lacks the power to summon the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," and small saints or ordinary beings are even further removed from it, making it impossible for them to successfully draw the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing." The ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," also known as "Virtue Drawing," is summoned by virtue, revealing the truth of cause and effect!!! Any magical power has no effect on this ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing!!!" This drawing is the result of the dual operation of principles. One operation is the holy virtue presiding over the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing." Regardless of how deep the spiritual attainment or how vast the magical powers, they are of no use!!! It must rely on the high and pure virtue of the presiding holy virtue to summon the matters determined by the holy presence of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The second operation is based on the cause and effect of the matters being determined, revealing the true nature of the facts themselves. This is the nature determined by the main deity, unrelated to magical powers. No matter how powerful your magical abilities, they cannot be utilized in the great hall of determination. The regulations state that the drawing must first be created, and then the lots drawn. All fifteen procedures for creating the drawing must be carried out by the participants of the Dharma assembly, and the host of the drawing, regardless of their title or status, cannot participate in the creation or even look at it.

Below, we will compare the nature of right and wrong in two different recitation rituals, using the highest level twelve slips of the "Golden Bottle Drawing" as a demonstration. The ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" is strictly regulated and has four levels: six slips, eight slips, ten slips, and the highest level of twelve slips, which can only be presided over by an equal enlightened Bodhisattva. To practice the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," one must recite scriptures and perform practices for seven days. On the eighth day, the hall must be purified, and one must manifest and reveal hidden treasures, legally and according to regulations. Each temple and Buddhist association must nominate holy virtues, bestowing upon them the qualities of spiritual attainment, and reveal the Buddha's relics and the Green Tara mirror (also known as the demon-revealing mirror). This treasure mirror is used to see if there are any evil beings mixed among the participants, capturing the demons on the spot. Why must the manifestation and revelation occur on the eighth day? Because on the ninth day, in the great hall of the drawing, all magical powers are sealed by the Buddhas, rendering any holy attainment, vast magical powers, and boundless abilities useless. At that time, no matter how profound the spiritual attainment, one cannot reveal the hidden Buddha's relics and the mirror on the eighth day. Why? Because the manifestation and revelation are entirely opposite in nature to the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing." One requires the display of spiritual powers and vast magical abilities, while the other has nothing to do with magical powers and relies solely on virtue. Why not rely on magical powers? Because the determination of the drawing is to establish the truth of all that is real and false, rather than using magical powers to see which slip is which and then artificially draw it out. If one uses heavenly or spiritual eyes to see the content of the slips and deliberately draws one, then it is no longer the fact recognized and confirmed by the main deity!!! In fact, this ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" transcends the highest magical powers and vast spiritual abilities, as it is rooted in the essence of nature and the highest virtue, representing the true power of the Buddha's enlightenment, the supreme state of awakening, where even the Dharma should be abandoned, let alone magical powers! Shakyamuni Buddha said: "The law of no law is also a law; now, at a time of no law, what law has ever been a law?" This is the state of true enlightenment. The manifestation and revelation can only be achieved by great saints who possess the strength to open the treasures. Both Arhats and Bodhisattvas can open the treasures, but opening the Green Tara mirror is more difficult than ascending to heaven!!! Not to mention that it has been sealed and hidden, even if it is placed right in front of everyone, it is impossible to distinguish which side of the twelve identical mirrors is the demon-revealing mirror, because the demon-revealing mirror looks identical to all regular mirrors, with no differences. Therefore, it must rely on boundless magical powers, deep spiritual attainment, and vast abilities to discern the true nature of the demon-revealing mirror and obtain the Green Tara mirror (demon-revealing mirror). Thus, it must be manifested and revealed on the eighth day before the Buddhas seal it; otherwise, even boundless magical powers and heavenly abilities cannot be utilized. Once the treasure mirror is revealed, it must be verified according to the law, revealing the truth of the demons on the spot, and all Buddhist practitioners will see it clearly, with the mirror's nature revealed, showing the changes. Some ordinary beings have already said: "I don't believe in any magical powers." Well, then come and reveal the hidden treasures; we will believe you and learn from you. Let me make it clear: if you cannot reveal the treasures, you are someone who does not seek practical knowledge!

The ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" must implement 21 regulatory procedures, and not a single one can be omitted. Reciting the names of the 21 Taras and praying for each Tara to oversee one procedure is extremely important. Here, we provide the 21 steps of creating and drawing lots for everyone to understand clearly. This does not require any magical powers; everyone can draw lots, and the only difference is whether it is successful or whether it can summon the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

Our headquarters has used ten slips and eight slips to draw two rounds, but still lacks virtue and ability, and currently has not succeeded. We will see if we can successfully draw six slips. However, we now have a major piece of good news to announce: our holy virtue group has repeatedly requested the great saint to come forward to draw lots for the sentient beings to learn the true Dharma. The great saint has consistently refused, saying he is an ordinary practitioner with a hollow reputation, not lacking compassion for sentient beings, but lacking the high virtue to summon the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to recognize him. The holy virtues have sincerely prayed without giving up, and the great saint, being compassionate, ultimately agreed to give it a try, saying: "If even the great saints capable of revealing hidden treasures have not succeeded in drawing lots, how can I do it? Even if I draw correctly, it is merely by chance. I must say this in advance: if there is a one in ten thousand chance of drawing correctly, it is purely by chance. I must reiterate that I support the 'threefold extensive offerings' of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, but that is for offering to truly knowledgeable and wise monks or great virtues, to support the true Dharma temples and institutions. As for me, I will not accept any offerings from anyone; I have long vowed to 'never accept offerings for life, only to teach and practice for everyone.' In any case, this ultimate truth 'Golden Bottle Drawing' does not have any hierarchy; everyone is equal, and anyone can draw lots. So I can only say, let's give it a try. I am just an ordinary practitioner, what virtue or ability do I have?" We are immensely grateful for the great saint's promise, which reassures everyone. In fact, the purity and high virtue of the great saint are beyond doubt; we will provide just one example. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the great saint prayed for people's health at the Holy Mark Temple and publicly made a vow of empowerment: starting from 2020, the pandemic would not harm anyone who comes to the Holy Mark Temple to visit the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Indeed, once the great saint made this vow, from early 2020 until today, many have visited the Holy Mark Temple to see the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, but none of the Buddhist disciples or their family members who came to visit have contracted the virus. Only one person, who visited the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha for the first time, asked the Buddha to take refuge. After the refuge ceremony, she asked the Buddha to save her, saying she had contracted a severe case of COVID-19, with a high fever that wouldn't subside, severe coughing, and thick phlegm that she couldn't expel, and she couldn't eat anything. Now she was having great difficulty breathing, which is why she couldn't keep up during the refuge ceremony. She was about to undergo isolation treatment. The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha told her not to worry, saying: "You will not be in danger; just follow my method, and you will be fine in three to five days." Indeed, the next day her fever completely subsided, the thick phlegm turned to clear phlegm, and she was able to expel it. By the third day, her breathing returned to normal, and by the fifth day, she was completely restored to health. One can imagine, if the virtue of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha could not summon the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to respond to the drawing, then is there still any Dharma to speak of in this world? At that time, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha also commented on the COVID-19 pandemic: "The main issue is that people do not understand this disease, and under mutual rumors, they become frightened. In reality, it is not terrifying; in terms of infection rates and mortality, it is not the highest compared to many common diseases, nor is it a problem that will persist into next spring. It should be regarded as a long-term epidemic without seasonal distinctions; it is merely a viral infection, and as people gradually develop antibodies, it will become less harmful. Moreover, vaccines are being researched and developed. The truly frightening aspect is not the pandemic itself, but the fear it instills in people, causing paralysis in various industries and even leading to business closures. For example, factories stop working and cannot produce; even if they do work, they cannot sell, and there are significant issues with transportation, leading to a halt in production, consumption, entertainment, and tourism, disrupting the order of life. This has resulted in a massive freeze of humanity worldwide, which is the truly frightening consequence brought about by COVID-19. But you will see, by next year at the latest, COVID-19 will no longer dominate human actions. People will naturally do what they should do; COVID-19 does not have the power to freeze humanity! However, I must tell you that the government's orders are made with the utmost concern for everyone, so you must adhere to the government's pandemic prevention regulations."

The origin of this ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" is precisely the origin of the regulations of the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," aimed at helping the public better understand the regulations of the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" and comprehend its essence and importance. Everyone should establish a selfless and altruistic high virtue, achieving great saintly practices, and then they can also draw six or eight slips according to the regulations. Especially in this degenerate age, the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing" can summon the main deity, accurately determining which are the true Buddhist teachings and which have been altered by the demon offspring into false Buddhist teachings. Our headquarters will soon announce the regulations for the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing." Buddhist disciples must combine this announcement with the previous announcement from the headquarters, "Learning from texts not recognized by the main deity makes it difficult to achieve," and the upcoming regulations for the ultimate truth "Golden Bottle Drawing," and study them carefully. This is crucial for everyone to learn the true Buddhist teachings in the future, because before we determine the transmission of the Dharma for you, we must first assess you using the contents of these three announcements. If you cannot answer three questions correctly, you will not have the opportunity to learn profound Buddhist teachings, let alone receive the ultimate truth of the great Dharma!
