Given that there have always been people coming to our headquarters to inquire about the amount donated by donors, and some of them request to check the donation amount without any relationship to the donor, the headquarters does not accept such requests to check the donation. We remind everyone that it must be the person who personally donated or the person entrusted by the recipient of the donation, and a letter of authorization must be written and the person checking the donation must agree to disclose their donation privacy. In this case, the headquarters will accept providing information on the donation, as it involves the right to privacy under the law.
In particular, we would like to announce to everyone that regardless of whether the donation is made by an organization, an individual, or a person representing someone else, the headquarters will issue a receipt to the donor or the representative of the entrusted donation. However, please note that if the donation is made in the form of a remittance, check, or bank draft, the receipt we issue will only be made out to the name on the remittance, check, or bank draft. In other words, the receipt we issue must be for the person who made the donation. Anyone who claims to have made a donation on their own behalf or on behalf of someone else but cannot produce a receipt or claims to have no receipt, regardless of the reason given, has not made a donation to the headquarters!!!
Everything the headquarters does is transparent. The headquarters will not issue any receipts to anyone who has not made a donation, and vice versa, will not refuse to issue a receipt to anyone who has made a donation. The headquarters does not reject any party who has made a donation or the person entrusted by the party to inquire about the specific amount donated. When applying to inquire about a donation, the person who made the donation or the person who made the donation on behalf of someone else must present identification. If the donor cannot come in person, they can authorize someone else to inquire about the amount donated, but they must provide a copy of the donor's identification, an application for authorization to inquire about the donation, and the receipt issued by the headquarters for the donation. If the donation person being checked does not appear on the headquarters' donation list, it proves that the person claiming to be a donor has not made a donation to the headquarters. Therefore, those who claim to have made a donation but have not actually made a donation will not have a receipt, and the headquarters' donation records will not have any record.
