It is located on the holy Tianhu Lake, with a huge underground crystal treasure lake, auspicious and extraordinary, possessing a special and powerful holy power. It has one of the only two underground rivers in the world that flow from south to north, with a flow rate comparable to that of the Yangtze River. This sacred place is the best among all holy places. The headquarters has decided to build an ancient Buddha temple in the center of the crystal lake. This will ensure the eternal residence of the true teachings and the boundless liberation of sentient beings, serving as an auspicious and eternal proof of the propagation of the true teachings. The person in charge of upholding the true teachings at the ancient Buddha temple possesses immense virtue and is unparalleled among the present high monks and great virtuous ones. After the completion of the ancient Buddha temple, the abbot and the supervising monks will invite three or two highly respected and accomplished monks to assume their positions. Those who make every effort to donate to the construction of the ancient Buddha temple will receive absolute pure merit, free from any wrong views or negative karma. They will receive genuine and secret empowerments, including the empowerment of the seeds of the path of the holy conduct. Those who have not established merits for Buddhist activities or lack devotion are not qualified to receive the secret empowerments.
