Everyone is encouraged to read the following announcement and spread the merits#
After two years of written exams for teachers and practitioners, it has been verified through practice that those who hold the titles of venerable, dharma king, great living buddha, and master, the majority of them have not scored above 60% in their written exams on scriptures and vinaya. Some dharma kings and living buddhas have only scored in the twenties. Venerable Wangzha said, "I have always believed that there are many dharma kings, great living buddhas, khenpos, masters, and lay practitioners in society who propagate serious deviations and heretical views. My teacher, the noble Buddha Qiangfo, told me, 'Your view is somewhat reasonable, but not entirely. Those high-level teachers who listen to my teachings are not much better! Most of them have not truly practiced and have not followed my teachings accordingly.'" Now it seems that those dharma kings, living buddhas, and masters who have heard the Dharma sound of the noble Buddha Qiangfo are indeed as the Buddha master said. There are not many who truly practice according to the teachings of the noble Buddha Qiangfo. They have not even grasped one-third or one-fourth of the teachings of the noble Buddha Qiangfo. Overall, they are better than those dharma kings, living buddhas, masters, and lay practitioners who have not heard the Dharma sound of the noble Buddha Qiangfo, but they still lack a deep understanding of the scriptures and vinaya. Such understanding of the Buddha's teachings is inevitably worrying for the headquarters, as it may mislead sentient beings. In view of this, the headquarters immediately conducted an investigation and found that there are several well-known teachers who not only give random teachings but also use sentences from scriptures and vinaya to misinterpret and mix in their own heretical views. They randomly fabricate practices, methods, dedications, vows, and precepts, using false rituals and false Buddhist teachings to control their disciples and make them loyal to them. They also use donations intended for the construction and support of temples and monasteries without realizing that there is a huge difference between the merits and sins associated with these places. Are the funds you donate used in places presided over by the great virtuous master or by the false preceptor who has broken the precepts? Is your teacher a true virtuous master? How many levels of virtuous master does he possess? Let it be known to all practitioners that, to my knowledge, the temples that truly increase immeasurable merits for everyone are the ancient Buddha temple and the sacred relic temple that will be built by the World Buddhist Headquarters. They are completely different from other temples, with a difference as vast as heaven and earth, even as different as heaven and hell. Perhaps you may wonder why this is so strange. It is because the ancient Buddha temple will be presided over by the noble Buddha Qiangfo, and no teacher's merits can compare to that. Venerable Wangzha said, "Even I, Wangzha, am not qualified to preside over this temple with immeasurable merits. I can only be involved to a certain extent. Donating to these two temples is truly establishing merits for oneself. Other temples need to be judged based on the level and correctness of the presiding teacher's views. They may have merits or sins. If you support the wrong one, not only will you have no merits, but you will also accumulate sins." The mentioned non-Buddhist practitioners have committed different errors and sins in their deviations from the scriptures and vinaya. Some have committed fewer mistakes, but they still falsely claim to be enlightened beings. They have not reached the level of demons yet. Others are outright evil and demonic teachers who harm their disciples and lead them into the three evil realms. The headquarters has repeatedly announced that teachers who have not attained the level of a three-stage gold-buttoned great virtuous master (which is equivalent to the level of a great patriarch) are not qualified to give teachings. How can they have the qualifications to write and modify chapters on the study of the Dharma?! Those who do not have a deep understanding of the scriptures and vinaya will inevitably make erroneous demonic theories. Moreover, the things they write themselves do not have the blessings of a legitimate lineage. Therefore, they lack the power of blessings. Those disciples who follow their teachings will inevitably be burdened with negative karma! It is now announced that in order to avoid being harmed, all practitioners should submit the study materials and recitations given to them by their teachers to the headquarters for examination, to determine whether they belong to the legitimate lineage of Buddhism. It has been thoroughly proven through the exams that 98% of people are still wandering outside the realm of Buddhism and Buddhist studies. They have not yet fully understood the Dharma, yet they boldly modify the chapters of the lineage and engage in black karma! If your teacher does not agree to submit the materials he has taught you to the headquarters for examination, or if you are afraid to go against the vows and curses you have made to him, you should consider a fundamental question. If your teacher is a demon lord, a monster, a mountain spirit, a water monster, or a terrifying ghost, and you still insist on being loyal to him, you will inevitably receive the karmic retribution of the three evil realms. Therefore, the vows made in the presence of evil should not be carried out. Instead, you should repent immediately and change from evil to good. Whether your teacher is evil or righteous, you should observe his level of examination to determine who he is, as the Buddha said in the 128 views. Or you can bring the scriptures you have studied and practiced to be examined and verified by the holy ones, and you will immediately see whether they are righteous or evil. Only in this way can Buddhist practitioners be safe and walk the right path. Otherwise, they will suffer eternally. Several teachers have voluntarily submitted their heretical writings before seeing this announcement, and they deserve praise. This shows that they are aware of their mistakes and can repent on their own, and they can be understood as having good intentions. Teachers who have seen this notice and have not attained the level of a three-stage gold-buttoned great virtuous master, and have modified the scriptures and vinaya, excerpted and copied sentences, and written study materials without a legitimate lineage, should deeply repent. They should notify their students to stop studying the modified textbooks and promptly send the materials to the headquarters. Venerable Wangzha will correct your original erroneous statements (of course, there is also a unified lineage ritual that needs to be transmitted through empowerment), and then hand them back to you to distribute to your students for re-study. Venerable Wangzha said, "My teacher, the noble Buddha Qiangfo, taught us that there are two types of people in this world. One type has self-awareness, follows the principles of practicing good and refraining from evil, knows what should be done and what should not be done, and understands cause and effect. The other type is selfish, seeks to commit evil deeds, lies and deceives others, thinking that they can escape from everyone. In the end, they will reveal their true colors. The saying goes, 'If you want to hide something from others, you must first hide it from yourself.' Teachers who violate precepts and deceive others should be clear that they cannot hide their wrongdoings. Even if you manage to prevent some people from submitting their materials, there will always be some who seek verification of the textbooks you have taught them. At that time, your consequences will be tragic. This is the law of cause and effect. If that happens, I will make your heretical writings public, and those teachers who speak nonsense and fabricate teachings will not have the opportunity for forgiveness."
