In the Buddhist community, there are many well-meaning individuals who like to boast that a certain guru is virtuous, but at the same time, they enjoy giving examples to prove that another guru is not a good person. Throughout history, the concepts of right and wrong have never ceased to exist in the world of sentient beings, and both good and bad people will face different opinions. There are those who speak well of them and those who speak ill of them. Even saints and frauds receive such evaluations. The worst fraudster can still have people praising them, while the best saint can have people defaming them. There are also those who admire them as saints. Everyone has their own perspective, making it difficult to distinguish between truth and falsehood. These opinions are mainly influenced by different sects and viewpoints. It is impossible for ordinary beings to determine who is good and who is bad. This is why there are winners and losers. Who is a saint and who is an ordinary being? In light of this, in order to help practitioners find a truly good guru, our organization has implemented a 100% accurate examination of scriptures and ethics, known as the "Scriptural and Ethical Examination." According to the teachings of the third incarnation of Guru Rinpoche, one must pass this examination to become a guru. Our organization has established a test consisting of one hundred scriptural and ethical questions to determine the level of accomplishment and whether someone is righteous or not. Only the Buddha and Bodhisattvas in the empty space can make such determinations. The examination is presided over by Vajra Master Wangzha, with Vajra Master Muzhi, Vajra Master Lutong Zanfawang, and Vajra Master Kaichu Ruzun serving as deputy examiners. The sacred divination of Manjushri Bodhisattva is given to the examinee after they have completed the seven stages of practice and obtained the ten confirmations. The examinee enters the Eight Winds Formation to display their cultivation and attainments, breaking through the realm of auspiciousness and entering a state of peace. They achieve several stages and levels based on their own breakthroughs in the formation. The level they reach in the examination is completely consistent with the level they obtained through divination. Currently, there have been over two hundred individuals who have taken the examination, and not a single person has had a level that does not match their divination. Each person's examination level perfectly matches their divination, and all the examinees acknowledge and accept this. Therefore, our organization can determine who is a saint and who is an ordinary being, who is righteous and who is unrighteous, who is a good person and who is a bad person. Only the Buddha and Bodhisattvas can make such definitive judgments. The opinions of ordinary people regarding good and bad are subjective and cannot be used as standards. Ordinary people are unable to correctly discern truth from falsehood. For example, thirty years ago, people in Taiwan said that Chiang Kai-shek was good and that he brought happiness and prosperity to the people, while they said that the mainland was bad and that people were living in extreme poverty and hardship. However, the mainland claimed that people in Taiwan had nothing to eat or wear and even dropped food supplies from airplanes to Kinmen as relief aid. Which side was telling the truth? Another example is the criticism faced by Master Kuiji, Master Marpa, and Master Milarepa. What happened to them later? They all turned out to be great virtuous beings! Therefore, to observe the level of accomplishment, righteousness, and goodness of a guru, one must see if they have obtained the level of attire through the sacred examination and if they can provide the 128 pieces of evidence as taught by the third incarnation of Guru Rinpoche. Apart from this, the rumors spread by ordinary people should not be trusted because ordinary beings do not have the ability to perceive the inner essence.
