Announcement from the International World Buddhist Headquarters Announcement No. 20160106 Exposing Evil Masters and Fraudsters

Wang Zha Shang Zun said: You must read the following announcement carefully. In the future, anyone who wants to learn important teachings must first understand and be familiar with this announcement, as every practitioner who wishes to receive the great teachings will be questioned about its content. If you cannot answer even one question about this announcement, you will not be allowed to enter the learning hall, and you will not meet the conditions for receiving the great teachings. The reason is that you may be in cahoots with deceitful evil, unwilling to distinguish between good and evil, and unwilling to look at the announcement.

Evil Masters and Deceivers Exposed#

In today's world, there are countless evil masters and deceivers, employing various tricks. In the Buddhist community, there are certainly three standard types of evil masters and deceivers. All evil masters and deceivers use various methods and names to deceive Buddhists, and often, Buddhist disciples are lost in this deception without realizing it. Our headquarters has repeatedly announced reminders for everyone to be cautious and observe whether their teachers are qualified. However, some people are so foolish that they refuse to discern and assist evil, unwilling to leave their deceitful teachers. Our headquarters can only say, "Pity!" Have you really thought about it? Are you looking for a good teacher or a master who claims to be a great saint but is actually a worldly deceiver? Think again, is a master who relies on disciples to praise him as a saint really a saint? Is there a fifty percent credibility? Can you definitively say he is a true master who understands Buddhist teachings? Furthermore, there are those who have passed written exams and holy tests, with seventeen respected masters, Dharma kings, living Buddhas, and Dharma teachers supervising on-site. The important thing is that all seventeen have sworn to prove the level of achievement of the examining master. Will you choose a master who has sworn to guarantee the examination or one without the guarantee of these seventeen supervisors? Think carefully. The ignorant will say, "The rare great master I found is a legitimate inheritor, a great Dharma king, a great living Buddha." Be careful! Evil masters and deceivers often claim to have lineages from various sects, and some indeed hold titles of great Dharma kings, great living Buddhas, and great Dharma teachers. Unfortunately, you overlook a crucial point that has not been analyzed: when selecting reincarnated true children, often 999 out of 1000 are chosen by humans. What percentage of accuracy can human opinions have? Therefore, the selected children must undergo study of scriptures, taught by scripture teachers. This alone indicates that knowledge is learned, not innate. Is that how a saint is? After reincarnation, does a saint lose wisdom and become an ordinary person, knowing nothing? Must they be taught by a scripture teacher to understand? Little do they know that Shakyamuni Buddha established the rules of scripture debate and examination to ensure the safety of sentient beings' wisdom and to prevent them from being harmed by evil masters and deceitful people posing as saints. He even passed down the holy examination method without leakage. However, evil masters and deceivers are very cunning; they do not mention the holy examination and alter the holy examination given by the Buddha because they cannot pass the holy examination personally supervised by the Buddha. To ensure they are not exposed, they must destroy the holy examination and prevent disciples from knowing about it, even resorting to slander and shameful tactics. On the surface, it seems they have destroyed the holy examination, but they forget that Shakyamuni Buddha strictly stipulated in the scriptures that "Bodhisattvas must attain the five illuminations." Buddhists already know that the Buddha has established the necessary certification for great saints and Bodhisattvas, and evil masters cannot destroy this publicly established law in the scriptures. Let's think again about those selected living Buddhas; where are their five illuminations? What is their level? Can they surpass the experts among ordinary people? Do they meet the requirements of the scriptures? Have they attained the five illuminations? If they do not possess the height of the five illuminations and lack the support of a holy examination, are they Bodhisattvas? Therefore, practitioners must remember not to believe in anyone's lineage or title. No matter how great the lineage or title, how many teachings they have given, how many temples they have built, or how many so-called Buddhist activities they have performed, they could still be outsiders to Buddhism, masters of ordinary essence. Although they may speak of the teachings, they are actually pretending to understand while misinterpreting the scriptures. Such prominent figures in Buddhism are essentially outsiders. For example, some deny the holy certification while discussing the Diamond Sutra, and even trample on the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in temples, claiming they are just useless clay and wood. A high monk even burned a wooden Buddha; discussing the holy qualities and practices, they deny emptiness, saying there are spirits three feet above the ground, and only by believing in spirits can one achieve. Such people have fallen into the extremes of nihilism and eternalism, not even touching the edges of Buddhist doctrine.

Here is an example: a Dharma teacher specialized in studying the Diamond Sutra and the Surangama Sutra. When entering the examination of the Eight Winds, the supervising teacher asked him how confident he was in his level. He confidently replied, "I have been reciting and studying the Diamond Sutra for 31 years. All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows; they should be viewed as such. The Eight Winds cannot escape conditioned phenomena. If the Buddha comes, the Buddha will cut; if the demon comes, the demon will cut. As long as the heart is unobstructed, I can pass any level. If I cannot pass the Eight Winds, then where is my non-self, my lack of self, and the true nature of phenomena? In the true nature, is there not 'do no evil, practice all good'? Is there not fear and suffering? All is like a dream, an illusion, and how much more so the conditioned phenomena of the formation?" As a result, that day, when the teacher entered the holy examination, he was full of righteous energy, loudly reciting, "All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows; they should be viewed as such." Just as he reached the gate of the Eight Winds, he was swept into the cycle of black realms by the powerful winds inside. He could see the green boundary of the pure land just a few steps away, but after turning around several times, he could not enter. He simply knelt down, joined his palms, and recited the Diamond Sutra. As he recited, he suddenly fell to the ground, convulsing, foaming at the mouth. The four great guardians carried him out and placed him on the grass. Wang Zha Shang Zun performed a ritual to revive him. The teacher's first words were, "Did I enter the boundary? This is incredible! This is the unconditioned phenomena beyond emptiness." The Seven Saints and Ten Masters found it laughable; he was merely an outsider who did not understand the true essence of the Buddha's teachings on the Diamond Sutra. He had lost the realization of the true nature and the holy qualities, hence mistaking "do no evil, practice all good" as contradicting the true nature of phenomena. That teacher did not even understand the fundamental principle of cause and effect. How could he be a Dharma teacher? There are many such people today. Everyone should also be cautious of those who are not approachable, those who form cliques, stir up trouble, and praise themselves while slandering others. The essence of such behavior reflects that they are not good teachers and can be said to lack even basic virtue.

When it comes to lineage, we cannot deny that the greatest lineage is that of Shakyamuni Buddha. Which Buddhist is not a disciple of Shakyamuni Buddha? Unfortunately, evil masters and deceivers use the name of Shakyamuni Buddha to hide their ugly faces. They all claim to be followers of the Buddha, but the one truly bearing the blame is Shakyamuni Buddha. These so-called Buddhists act with great compassion and piety before the Buddha's statue, claiming to follow the Buddha's teachings, but where in the scriptures did the Buddha say to deceive others? To engage in superstitious and evil practices? They cannot pollute the Buddha; there is no way! Some even claim to be close disciples of H.H. the Third Dorje Chang Buddha, a great saint, to confuse the faithful. Indeed, he often meets with the Buddha, and on the surface, it appears he is very trusted. However, you forget that Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha said: "Do not casually believe who is a good teacher or a saint. There are too many deceivers and evil masters in society. Do not think that those who often see me are good teachers, nor should you think that all my students are good people. There are many bad people! You must understand one principle: does Shakyamuni Buddha only teach good people and not bad people? Am I not like the Buddha in benefiting sentient beings? Do bad teachers not educate? If I do not interact with good and bad teachers, how can I educate them? However, a large number of poorly educated individuals still have not changed much. It seems that I, an ordinary person who cannot even be called a minor saint, have no qualification to educate those who claim to be great saints!" Namo Dorje Chang Buddha also criticized our headquarters, saying that we were irresponsibly assigning titles and that the holy certificates issued in previous years were not accountable. Wang Zha Shang Zun also severely criticized the leaders and high monks of the "United International World Buddhist Headquarters." Our headquarters reflected and reviewed this; indeed, it was overly lenient regarding examination regulations, and without a high saint presiding over the examinations, the titles were inaccurately assigned. Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha expressed strong discontent with the titles we established in previous years, stating that our headquarters lacked written examinations based on the Tripitaka and had no doctrinal foundation for recognition. He said that only two or three percent of the holy virtues issued by our headquarters in previous years were recognized!!! He said: "Where do so many holy virtues come from? It would be good if two percent of the certificates you issued were holy virtues." Therefore, our headquarters, under the guidance of Wang Zha Shang Zun, is now strictly enforcing examinations, establishing appropriate titles that match the identities of those entering the examination, with Wang Zha Shang Zun presiding over the holy examination, assisted by Mo Zhi Jiao Zun, Lu Dongzan Dharma King, and Kai Chu Ru Zun.

Some say: "I don't understand. H.H. the Third Dorje Chang Buddha's teachings openly educate evil masters and deceivers. Why don't they follow the teachings?" You still have the face to ask; ask yourselves! Why do you not listen to the warnings of Dorje Chang? Even more foolish and shameless is that in your letters to the Sangha Association, you mention bad people and deceivers, yet you express a desire to protect these evil deceivers, refusing to report them, saying that once reported, the dirty water will splash onto H.H. the Third Dorje Chang Buddha. What difference is there between you and the evil ones? First, clarify a principle: are these deceivers deceiving in the name of Buddhists? If not, that is another matter. If they are, they must be Buddhists, to be blunt, they are disciples of Shakyamuni Buddha. Why do you not say that the dirty water will splash onto the Buddha Shakyamuni? Why not say it will splash onto Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva? You need to understand that since the evil ones are using the banner of Buddhists and the name of disciples to deceive, these deceivers are indeed disciples of Shakyamuni Buddha, are they not? Shakyamuni Buddha spoke of the dangers of evil cults and the opposition between evil demons and Buddhism, but Dorje Chang has repeatedly taught everyone in his teachings and announcements, pointing out the evil nature of demons and teaching everyone how to identify and prevent bad people and deceivers. So why do you not say that the dirty water pollutes Shakyamuni Buddha but instead say it pollutes H.H. the Third Dorje Chang Buddha? Dorje Chang is upright and selfless in benefiting sentient beings. The statements below the comparative photos published by the press are clear and straightforward, not to mention the 128 points of knowledge that serve as a mirror to reveal the truth, which is the words and actions of Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha. No matter how powerful the deceivers and demons are, they cannot pollute Dorje Chang. Dorje Chang's words and actions are just like those of Shakyamuni Buddha, completely unrelated to the words and actions of deceivers. To say that bad people pollute Dorje Chang, which category do you think this viewpoint belongs to in the six realms? It is like saying that a certain Buddhist is bad, so Shakyamuni Buddha is also a bad person? Or if a country has evil deceivers, should the leader of that country also be a deceiver? The Third Dorje Chang Buddha teaches students to do good and avoid evil, but some students insist on breaking the law and deceiving. Is this the fault of Dorje Chang? Those who say that dirty water pollutes Dorje Chang are truly shameless and filthy to the extreme. Not to mention that dirty water cannot pollute the Buddha; even if filthy, stinking water were splashed onto Dorje Chang and Shakyamuni Buddha, it would become fragrant nectar because the scriptures of Shakyamuni Buddha are vast and radiant. Dorje Chang's teachings have spread throughout the world, and the announcements repeatedly remind that those who hear rumors of dirty water will check Dorje Chang's viewpoints and actions, and upon deeper understanding, they will realize that Dorje Chang is selfless in benefiting sentient beings, and the right view, right law, and right teachings shine with immeasurable light. Are not the words and actions of the Buddha thus pure and radiant? Bad people have long splashed dirty water onto Dorje Chang. For example, bad people say that Dorje Chang forges certificates. Think about it: it is possible to hide one or two forged documents to show to a few people, perhaps without incident. But who would dare forge hundreds of certificates of endorsement? Moreover, it has been publicly available for ten years; try forging a few and putting them online, and you will be sued immediately. Why has no certifier sued Dorje Chang over the years? Because the certificates are not forged but real and true, written by Dharma kings, regents, and living Buddhas. Indeed, one unvirtuous Dharma king claimed he had never written a certificate, but why does he not dare to sue? Because he knows that if he sues, it will be verified according to the law, and it will be proven that the certificate he wrote has his fingerprints and many other pieces of evidence on the envelope of the certification. He is not a true Dharma king; he is clearly a bucket of filthy water, but he cannot pollute Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha; the more he is stained, the brighter he becomes. When you encounter bad people and deceivers who destroy the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, do not follow the teachings of Dorje Chang, engage in evil, and deceive others, you should report them. Wang Zha Shang Zun said: "A person told me that the Third Dorje Chang Buddha is just an ordinary person like them, and even Dorje Chang himself admitted it. I don't know whether to listen to Dorje Chang's teachings as a direction for my practice. Dorje Chang only teaches us how to do no evil and practice all good. Even that famous flying bhikshuni Jian Hui said that Wang Zha Shang Zun's path is profound and not something ordinary high monks can compare to. Jian Hui's words make sense. I also believe that you can preside over the holy examination with responses from the three continents; you are a great saint. Can you give us a blessing and teach us how to practice to ensure success in this life as quickly as possible? Hearing their words, I felt ashamed as a bhikshu with a false reputation. I can only reach a tiny bit of knowledge from the Buddha's teacher's wisdom. The difference between the master who gives blessings and Namo Dorje Chang Buddha is vast; do you understand? The blessings I give compared to those of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha can only have five percent of the transmission power, blessing power, and realization power of the Buddha's blessings. You have fallen to this point; I cannot help but laugh. No wonder you do not protect the Dharma and stand by watching those few jumping clowns slandering the Buddha's teacher, acting as if nothing is wrong. Such disciples are not garbage in the Buddhist community; what else could they be? You still want to learn the great teachings; can that constitute the conditions for receiving the holy teachings? Today, hearing your thoughts, I can only say that evil is pitiful. In the entire history of Buddhism, besides Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha, who has truly presented the complete five illuminations as stipulated in the scriptures? Who has ever achieved it? The Buddha returned the appearance of youth to the frail and aged in just a few minutes. Who has done that in Buddhist history? Do not say a few minutes; even if you were given a few days, who could return to spring? Especially undeniable is that Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha is the supreme great law of the diamond method, publicly chosen as the ancient Buddha descending to the world!!! You say this is an ordinary person? Even I must always listen to Dorje Chang's teachings as a direction for progress; you have fallen into ignorance...”

Wang Zha Shang Zun said: You must take this seriously. What level and type of teacher is he? Is he righteous or evil? If you judge based on his high titles and who his disciples are, then you are doomed. To accurately discern between righteous and evil, holy and ordinary, you must use the certificates issued by the "United International World Buddhist Headquarters" as the standard!!! Moreover, you must use the 128 points of Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha as a mirror to verify all Buddhists!!! If everyone continues to observe a so-called saint and Buddhist practitioner without right knowledge and right view, mistakenly believing that a certain master is a respected one, a great Dharma king, a great living Buddha, a great Dharma teacher, who has written many teachings or is eloquent, and thus concludes he is a good teacher and a good person, I am certain that from this life onward, you will completely fall and have no hope of liberation!!! Because you have been blinded by evil masters, you will inevitably walk the wrong path for life, flowing into the beginningless and falling into eternal evil destinies.

Our headquarters once again reminds everyone to be cautious; there are many evil masters and deceivers, among which there are three standard characteristics. When you see these three characteristics, you can verify and expose the evil masters and deceivers: The first type claims to be a saintly teacher but does not understand the true teachings and dares not take exams, thus cannot obtain the level certificates and documents, indicating they are worthless, not gold. If they were true gold, would they fear the fire? Would they fear a test of the touchstone? The second type has participated in examinations but only achieved a low level. When performing Buddhist activities and receiving practitioners, they do not wear their level certificates to avoid the observation and discernment of disciples, hiding their shortcomings and evil actions. Regardless of whether they are a great Dharma king, respected one, or anything else, they are all evil people! Why do such masters dare to do this? The reason is that this person is inherently a selfish deceiver; what is there to fear? Before the examination, these people are called respected ones, great Dharma kings, great living Buddhas, great Dharma teachers, or even shamelessly pretend to be high monks and saints, blending in among the disciples. The essence of such a teacher is not what you think is a saint but a selfish and greedy ordinary person. Their outwardly prominent identity does not represent the true essence of saintly or ordinary. Even the statements of the supreme Dharma king or respected one about who is a saint do not count because even that supreme Dharma king or respected one is also a chosen reincarnated child. So who can say it counts? If it is to count and determine the truth, it must be publicly observed and verified by the main deity, and the righteous and evil teachers must be definitively determined through examinations. Therefore, some people, after taking the exam and receiving a low level, turn red in the face, some turn pale, and their hands and feet tremble. Such masters mainly fear being discovered by the outside world as ordinary people, which does not match their previous self-promotion as great saints. To preserve their selfish desires and face, the best method they adopt is not to wear level certificates, with the sole purpose of pretending to be genuine, facilitating their deceitful claims of being great saints, continuing to deceive practitioners. To put it bluntly, these people, whether they are supreme Dharma kings, respected ones, great living Buddhas, great Dharma teachers, or ordinary practitioners, are not only not Buddhist teachers but are not even qualified Buddhists, and they are not good people at all. Those who sit on the Dharma platform to receive people without wearing level certificates think they are clever, avoiding the scrutiny of others, but they are truly pitiful. There is a type of teacher who also uses the "Fifty Verses of the Teacher" to control disciples. Wang Zha Shang Zun said that Buddhist disciples quickly forget that Namo the Third Dorje Chang Buddha has long announced that the "Fifty Verses of the Teacher" is a teaching to respect the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and it is also used by evil masters and deceivers as a protective umbrella. For the deathly poison in the hands of evil masters, it has been widely used by many evil masters and deceivers to control disciples and deceive practitioners. In fact, a good teacher must be bright, upright, and selfless in benefiting sentient beings, and would never consider how disciples observe and judge them. What need is there for fifty verses? The first of the fundamental fourteen precepts of secret teachings is to control and force disciples to pledge loyalty without reason. Dorje Chang has also said: "Teachers who learn from me, regardless of how noble their external status may be, may be deceivers." The third type of evil masters and deceivers simply wear fake level certificates and forge high-level holy virtue certificates. Little do they know that our headquarters accepts inquiries about teachers. If someone calls, emails, etc., asking whether a certain teacher has taken an exam, what level they achieved, and what level certificate they received, our headquarters will truthfully inform the inquirer whether the teacher was examined based on scripture teachings, or based on holy qualities, or based on reciting scriptures, worship, and repentance, or based on performing Buddhist activities or helping others hear the teachings, or based on deep understanding of scripture teachings. However, the headquarters will not disclose the scores of the teacher's written exam answers or the names of the inquirers, fully protecting the inquirers. Therefore, after understanding the above announcement, both teachers and practitioners must be sincere and not engage in deceit. According to the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, following the teachings of Dorje Chang, and practicing with right knowledge and right view for the benefit of the public, be a good person! A good Buddhist!! A good teacher!!! This is the only bright future!!!!

Be careful and pay attention: No matter who possesses a brilliant and loud status, it does not prove their essence. To prove whether they are righteous or evil, whether they are ordinary or saintly, and the depth of their path and certification, it must be determined from their level, and must be verified with the 128 points of knowledge to ensure authenticity and truthfulness.
