United International Buddhist Headquarters Announcement Announcement No. 20160101

Now there are some famous teachers who, because they often sit on the Dharma platform, have developed a sense of superiority and arrogance, and even intentionally or unintentionally impersonate great saints. Our headquarters has received many complaints and advises you not to casually call yourself a saint!!! If you want to be recognized as a saint, you should bring your own abilities to the examination of the United International World Buddhist Headquarters. Only then can you truly become a saint. This announcement is once again reminding those who do not read the announcement to think about whether they are normal people or beings evolving into the future three evil paths. Otherwise, why is there a clear answer on the announcement but still asking questions? It should be very clear that whether someone is a saint or not, and what level they are at, cannot be determined by the superficial appearance of a person or the cognition of an ordinary person. It cannot be determined by the discriminatory mind of a worldly person. Whether someone is a saint or an ordinary person, and what level they are at, no one in this world can say it correctly. Only two great saints have said it accurately and without error. One is the already passed away Shakyamuni Buddha; the other is the present living Buddha, the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. However, Dorje Chang Buddha does not certify anyone as a saint or an ordinary person. Therefore, in order to be 100% certain of one's identity, one must go through a written test and a saintly examination, which is determined by the combination of the principles of the sutras and vinaya and the decision of the main deity. Only by passing the test of the examinee's spiritual capacity can one obtain the level, rank, and certificate of a saintly virtue. All saintly examinations are conducted in front of the seven saints and ten teachers. Therefore, no matter how eloquent and persuasive someone is, they cannot pass the examination. Moreover, the seven saints and ten teachers have sworn to guarantee that the teachers who have passed the examination, put on the rank robes, and obtained the certificates are genuine and not false.

This announcement is hereby made.
